We can still work together! Research shows that physical activity benefits both mom and baby even well into mom’s pregnancy. I can provide you with resources and tools to help prepare you for labor and delivery and I can also design a plan for you after baby arrives.
Absolutely! We can create a nutrition and fitness plan that works for you post-partum to help you feel your best even while caring for a newborn. I also offer Mommy-and-me workouts so we can incorporate your little one into your routine.

This depends on which plan you choose (nutrition, fitness or a combo). You can find some insight on each package page. In our initial meeting we will review your past medical history, assess where you are now, discuss your goals, and get to know one another. From there we will create a plan and stick to it!
I do have the option of virtual meetings utilizing the Healthie app. Healthie allows me to provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions where I can host one-on-one or group sessions. I definitely prefer to meet in person, however, the Healthie app helps us stay connected when we cannot meet in person.
Healthie is an all-in-one health and wellness platform. It provides an easy and secure way to communicate, schedule appointments, offer virtual counseling, food log (via photo journaling), set goals and track progress and so much more. You can even get real-time advice and encouragement from me to help keep you on track!

At this time, I do not accept insurance, however, my prices reflect that. I can provide you with a Superbill to provide to your insurance company if you would like to explore that option.
