Being a wife, mom of two busy little ones, registered dietitian nutritionist, and personal trainer, I know what it’s like to try to balance it all. I’m on the constant pursuit to figure out which sector of life to put my energy into first and I am passionate about the pregnant mamas figuring out this journey themselves.

Trust me, I’m just the average mom: I love chocolate, I enjoy cooking (preferably with a glass of wine in hand), I am an extrovert, but also a homebody. I asked all of the questions about motherhood… seriously. ALL of the questions. If you’re finding yourself consumed with trying to find the answers, then I definitely think it’s time to chat.

my philosophy

Passionate about empowering moms and moms-to-be throughout pregnancy and beyond, I am a believer of grace over guilt and finding beauty in the journey. Eating is approached through a mindful, diet-free point-of-view where there is always room for chocolate. Fitness should be fun, realistic and doable in all seasons of life, but especially during pregnancy and motherhood.

I come alongside women to guide them through the ins and outs of pregnancy nutrition and fitness - to sort through and simplify the overwhelming information available and to motivate mamas to feel their best during a time when your body is not your own and caring for a tiny human (or humans) postpartum.
